Mayesbrook

Named after Mayesbrook Park, which is a decent-sized green space with a lake and playing fields. The housing is a mix of Becontree-era stock and some post-war council builds. Barking station is reachable but not exactly on the doorstep. The park is the main draw and gives the area more breathing room than much of the surrounding estate. Families use it a lot.
