The slightly nicer side of Redhill. Wray Common itself is a decent-sized green with houses around it that feel more like Reigate than Redhill. As you head west towards Reigate the streets get progressively leafier and the houses get bigger. The town centre end is more mixed, with some 1960s blocks and newer developments. It benefits from being walkable to both Redhill station and the edge of Reigate, which gives you options. Families tend to prefer this side if they can stretch the budget.
