Earlswood and Whitebushes

Earlswood sits south of Redhill, straddling the boundary between Redhill's urban fringe and something more suburban. Earlswood station gives you a direct Southern line into London Bridge and Victoria, though most people use Redhill for faster services. The common and Earlswood Lakes are the main draw, popular with dog walkers and families. Housing is a mix of Victorian cottages near the station, 1930s semis, and some newer infill. Whitebushes is the southern extension, quieter and more residential. It's the affordable end of the Reigate postcode without feeling run down.
