Meadvale and St John's

Meadvale and St John's sit between Reigate and Redhill, and the character reflects that in-between position. Meadvale has a small parade of shops along the A25 and feels like a residential stretch connecting the two towns. St John's is slightly more distinct, with some attractive Edwardian houses on the roads climbing the hill towards Reigate. Neither has much of its own identity, but both benefit from being walkable to Reigate town centre and a short drive or bus to Redhill station. Housing stock is mixed, from Victorian terraces to 1960s builds.
