RH2 8
Woodhatch is the southern residential stretch of Reigate, along the A217 heading towards Horley. It has a small cluster of shops around the roundabout where the Prices Lane meets the main road. Housing is mostly 1930s and postwar semis with some newer developments. It's practical rather than characterful, the kind of area where families buy because they want Reigate schools and a garden without paying Reigate centre prices. Dovers Green and the playing fields give kids space to run around. You rely on Reigate town centre for anything beyond the basics.
