Hampton North covers the area around the Tangley Park estate and up towards Hanworth Road. It's one of the more affordable parts of the borough, with a mix of council-built housing and interwar semis. There's not much in the way of a local centre. Kempton Park racecourse is nearby. Transport links are limited to buses unless you walk to Hampton or Fulwell stations. It's functional and quiet, without the character of the more established villages nearby.
