Roche South

Roche South picks up the southern side of Rochford and bleeds into the edges of Southend. The airport sits in this ward, so there's some noise and commercial activity that the north side doesn't have. Rochford station is accessible from here, and Southend Airport station is even closer for some streets. The housing is mostly 1950s and 60s semis and terraces, practical rather than pretty. It's more urban in feel than the rest of Rochford district and doesn't have the same village character as the town centre.
