Royston Heath

The southern part of town closest to Therfield Heath, which is genuinely one of the best pieces of chalk grassland in the county. Streets here tend to be slightly more desirable because of the proximity to the heath and the views south across open farmland. Housing is a mix of older detached properties and some interwar stock. It feels a little removed from the main town while still being walkable to the high street. The golf club is up here too.
