Sevenoaks Northern

The northern part of Sevenoaks stretches up towards Otford and includes areas around the A25. It's more suburban than the town centre, with a mix of 1960s and 70s housing alongside some newer developments. The Bat and Ball area at the bottom end has a bit more going on with a small cluster of shops and cafes. It's less expensive than Kippington or the town centre and works well for families who want to be in the Sevenoaks catchment without paying top-end prices. The Darent Valley Path is accessible nearby for walking.
