Laleham and Shepperton Green

Laleham is a proper Thames-side village with a medieval church, a village green, and some genuinely old cottages alongside the river. It has held onto its character better than most of Spelthorne. Shepperton Green connects it to Shepperton village and has a similar quiet, slightly moneyed feel. The riverside walks along Laleham Reach are a real draw if that matters to you. Housing is a mix of older properties and some larger detached homes. No shops or services to speak of in Laleham itself, so you are depending on Shepperton or Staines for everything.
