Shephall

One of the original neighbourhood units from the 1950s New Town plan, on the southern edge. It has a village green and a few older buildings that predate the New Town, which gives it a slightly different character from the other estates. Housing is mostly two and three bed New Town terraces. Shephall Green is a genuine focal point that most other Stevenage neighbourhoods lack.
