Carshalton South & Clockhouse

South of the village centre, this is quieter and more purely residential. Carshalton Beeches station is the local stop, and the streets around it have a calm, leafy feel. There's good access to Oaks Park and the Carshalton Beeches woods. Housing is mostly well-kept interwar semis. It doesn't have the village centre amenities of central Carshalton but it's a short walk or drive away. Families come here for the schools and the space.
