Wallington South

South Wallington is more residential and quieter than the northern half. The streets towards South Beddington and Bandon Hill are largely interwar housing on wide, tree-lined roads. You're further from the station here so most people drive or bus. Bandon Hill cemetery and the allotments provide green breaks. It's the sort of place where people have lived for decades and raised their families without thinking much about moving.
