E3 5
Bow sits along the Bow Road between Mile End and Stratford, with the Bow Church DLR station and Bow Road tube as the main connections. It has a proper East End feel, with Victorian terraces, some substantial council estates, and a growing number of new builds near the canal. The Roman Road market (eastern end) is in Bow and gives the area a bit of identity. Families have always lived here and still do. Victoria Park is a short walk north, which is a genuine draw. It is more affordable than Bethnal Green or Mile End while being very close to both.
