The area around Bromley-by-Bow station, north of the A12. This is deep regeneration territory, with the Three Mills area and the edge of the Olympic Park nearby. New residential towers have gone up rapidly. The DLR and District line are both accessible. It lacks much in the way of established shops or community, feeling more like a series of new developments connected by busy roads. The Tesco and the odd takeaway are about it for now.
