Chapel End covers the streets running east from the top of Hoe Street towards the reservoirs. Mostly Victorian terraces with some 1930s stock mixed in. It benefits from being close to Walthamstow Central and the Village without the premium prices of the roads right around Orford Road. The reservoirs and wetlands are a big draw. Families have been moving in steadily and the primary schools here have good reputations.
