Higham Hill is the stretch between Walthamstow and the reservoirs, running up toward the Lea Valley. A mix of Victorian terraces and council housing. It is more affordable than central Walthamstow and has been attracting young families as prices have pushed people outward. The reservoirs and wetlands are within walking distance. Not much in the way of shops or restaurants, but Walthamstow Central is not far.
