Oatlands

Oatlands is the bit between Weybridge and Walton-on-Thames, centred on Oatlands Drive which has its own small parade of shops, a pub, and a proper village feel despite being suburban. The housing is a real mix, from Victorian and Edwardian terraces and semis near the village to larger detached houses further up towards Oatlands Park. The old Broadwater Lake is a peaceful spot for walks. It feels slightly more accessible than Weybridge proper, with younger families moving in alongside the established residents. Good primaries, and you can walk to Walton station as well as Weybridge.
