Yateley West

West Yateley is newer and more estate-heavy than the east. Lots of 1980s and 1990s cul-de-sac developments with detached houses that all look fairly similar. Frogmore is the nearest thing to a local hub, with a small community centre and a few shops. You are closer to the A30 and Farnborough from this side, which suits people working on the business parks. Yateley Manor prep school is here, but for state schools you are looking at the same Yateley options. It feels very suburban and very quiet, which is either exactly what you want or slightly dull depending on your stage of life.
