Woodham and Rowtown

Woodham sits between New Haw and Sheerwater, a residential area with a golf course and access to the canal. Rowtown is a small settlement to the north of Addlestone, barely more than a handful of streets. Together they cover the quieter, more suburban edges of the Addlestone area. Housing is mixed, from 1960s estates to some larger detached properties near the golf club. It's unremarkable but peaceful, the sort of place you'd live if you found the right house rather than specifically targeting the area.
