The eastern side of Ashford, running towards Feltham and the Hounslow border. This is the less polished end, with more postwar council-built housing and some ex-MOD land that's been redeveloped. The A30 runs along the top, which adds traffic noise to the streets nearest to it. Feltham station is as accessible as Ashford from parts of this area. It's affordable and functional, popular with people who work around Heathrow or along the M3 corridor.
