Ashford North and Stanwell South

This covers the stretch between Ashford (the Surrey one, not the Kent one) and the southern edge of Stanwell, close to Heathrow. It is one of the more affordable parts of Spelthorne. A lot of the housing is 1930s semis and post-war terraces, with some council-built estates. Ashford Hospital is nearby. The area is functional and well connected by bus, but you will hear planes regularly. Plenty of airport workers live around here because the commute is so short.
