Lee Chapel North

Another original new town estate, sitting between Fryerns and Laindon. Similar 1950s housing stock with some later infill. Lee Chapel North blends into the surrounding estates without a strong identity of its own. There is a primary school and some local shops, and you are close to the Laindon link road for getting onto the A127. It is one of those places where the price is the main draw.
