CT7 0 / CT7 9
The inland half of Birchington, stretching back from the village centre towards the A28. More suburban in feel, with 1960s and 70s housing estates and some newer builds. You lose the coastal character fairly quickly once you're a few streets from the square. The station is in this part of town, which is useful. Less distinctive than the seafront side, but more affordable, and still close enough to walk to the beach.
