Covent Garden is central London. Theatreland, restaurants, tourists everywhere, and rents to match. Very few people actually live here, and those who do are either in expensive flats above the shops or in social housing on the surrounding estates like Peabody's. The Piazza itself is all performance and retail. Leicester Square and Covent Garden tubes are steps away. It's not really a residential neighbourhood in any meaningful sense, but the ones who do live here tend to love the access to everything on their doorstep.
