St Ann's covers the western residential streets of Faversham, roughly between the town centre and the A2. It includes the area around St Ann's Road and some of the post-war housing estates. It is functional rather than pretty, with easy access to the town centre on foot. The Ospringe area at the western edge has some older properties with more character. A decent spot for families who want to be in Faversham without paying top prices for a period property near the creek.
