Cheriton Village

The heart of old Cheriton village, centred on the high street with its small parade of shops, the church, and the streets leading off it. This is where Cheriton still feels like a distinct place rather than just a suburb of Folkestone. Housing is tighter here, mostly Victorian and Edwardian terraces. It has more of a neighbourhood feel than the surrounding sprawl, and Folkestone West is a short walk.
