East Greenwich is the stretch between Greenwich town centre and the Blackwall Tunnel approach, centred on Trafalgar Road. The housing is a mix of Victorian terraces and some newer developments. It's less polished than central Greenwich but walkable to the park and the town centre. Maze Hill station is on the North Greenwich line to London Bridge. The Vanbrugh Park area to the south is quieter and more residential. You get a lot of young professionals and couples who want to be near Greenwich without paying full Greenwich prices.
