Kempston West

Western Kempston includes the areas around Hillgrounds and stretching toward the A421. Mostly 1960s to 80s suburban estates, fairly standard semis and detached houses with gardens. There is a Sainsbury's and some retail along the main road which makes daily errands straightforward. It is quiet and residential without much in the way of local character, but the houses offer good space for the price and schools in the area are reasonable.
