Molesey West

West Molesey is quieter and more suburban than the east side. The housing is mainly 1930s semis and some post-war estates, with pockets of newer development. It does not really have its own high street or centre, so you are heading to East Molesey or the Island Barn area for anything beyond basics. The reservoir and surrounding green space break things up, and there is good access to the A3 for driving. It is a bit more affordable than the east and draws families who want Elmbridge schools without Elmbridge prices. Feels residential and settled rather than exciting, but that is the point for most people who live here.
