Sweyne Park and Grange

Sweyne Park and Grange covers the eastern side of Rayleigh, taking in the areas around Sweyne Park secondary school and stretching towards the Hockley border. This is one of the more established residential parts of town, with tree-lined streets and a mix of 1930s houses and some larger detached properties. Sweyne Park school is the main secondary for this part of Rayleigh and gets decent results. King George's Playing Field gives it a bit of breathing room. The streets around the Grange area feel slightly more spacious than central Rayleigh.
