Valentines

Named after Valentines Park, which is one of east London's best parks. The mansion, the lake, the old kitchen garden, and the aviary make it feel more like a country estate than a London park. The streets around it are Edwardian and interwar, mostly well kept. Gants Hill station is nearby. The area benefits from the park without the noise and density of central Ilford. Families come here specifically for the park and the nearby school options. It sits in a sweet spot between the affordable Ilford corridor and the more expensive areas to the north.
