Harston & Comberton

This is a spread of villages along the A10 corridor south-west of Cambridge. Comberton is the better known of the two, largely because of Comberton Village College which has a strong reputation and draws families to the area. Harston is a smaller village on the A10 itself, which means some road noise but easy access into Cambridge. Barton, also in this patch, is a proper quiet village with a good pub. The whole area feels like the settled professional belt around Cambridge, lots of families who moved out of the city for space and schools.
