Bramber, Upper Beeding & Woodmancote

Bramber is tiny, with a castle ruin and a few pubs along the Adur valley. Upper Beeding is larger, with a village shop, a primary school, and some decent housing along the river. Woodmancote sits up on the hillside with views across the valley. Bramber Castle and the causeway are local landmarks. The area is green and attractive, with the Downs rising directly behind. No train station. You're driving to Shoreham or Worthing for the nearest services.
