Swanley Christchurch and Swanley Village

Swanley Village is the old settlement, predating the modern town by centuries. It still has a proper village green, some period cottages, and a distinctly different feel from the rest of Swanley. Christchurch is the area around the church on the eastern side, merging into more typical suburban housing. The village part genuinely feels separate and is noticeably more expensive than the rest of Swanley. If someone says they live in Swanley Village, they want you to know it is not the same thing as Swanley.
