Swanley White Oak

White Oak is the southern residential part of Swanley, named after the leisure centre. It is largely 1950s and 1960s housing built as part of the post-war expansion, with a fair amount of council-built stock. White Oak Leisure Centre is the main local facility. The area is quieter than the town centre and backs onto open land towards Crockenhill. It is straightforward suburban housing at Swanley prices, which means affordable by Sevenoaks district standards.
