The Weavers ward covers the area around Arnold Circus, the Boundary Estate, and the streets between Bethnal Green Road and the railway. The Boundary Estate is one of London's first council estates, built in the 1890s, and the bandstand on Arnold Circus has become a symbol of the area. It is heavily gentrified now. The streets around the Circus have galleries, design shops, and restaurants. Columbia Road is on the doorstep. It feels like Shoreditch but with more history and slightly more grit in the side streets. Housing is expensive for what it is.
