Culverden

Culverden sits just north of the town centre, between the main shopping streets and the start of the more suburban areas. The housing is mostly large Victorian villas, many converted into flats, with some purpose-built apartment blocks. It's walkable to the high street and the station, which makes it popular with professionals and downsizers. Calverley Grounds park is nearby and well used. It's a practical, central location without the price premium of the Pantiles side of town.
