Grove North

Grove has taken the brunt of new housing development in the Wantage area. The north side is where most of the recent estates have gone up, with new-build family homes aimed at people working at Harwell Campus or commuting to Didcot and Oxford. The older part of Grove has a village centre of sorts, but the new development has stretched it. There's a Tesco and the basics, but for anything more you go into Wantage. It's functional and affordable compared to the surrounding villages, which is the main draw for young families.
