Leggatts

Leggatts is the residential area in the north of Watford, built up mostly in the interwar and postwar periods. It's a mix of 1930s semis and some council-built housing. Leggatts Way and the surrounding streets are quiet and residential. There's not much locally in terms of shops, so you head into the town centre or up to North Watford. It has a settled, unassuming character. Families like it for the relatively affordable houses with gardens.
