Oxhey

Oxhey sits on the southern edge of Watford, merging into South Oxhey further south which is a different beast entirely (and in Three Rivers). The Watford side of Oxhey has a mix of interwar semis and some Victorian terraces. Bushey station and Watford High Street station both serve the area, giving you Overground and Southern services. Oxhey Park runs along the Colne valley and is a pleasant green corridor. It's a quieter, more residential alternative to central Watford, with a small parade of shops on Villiers Road. Families like the combination of park access and reasonable prices.
