Vincent Square

Vincent Square is centred on the large green square used as playing fields by Westminster School. The surrounding streets have a surprisingly residential feel for somewhere so close to Victoria. Rochester Row has a small run of local shops and cafes. The housing is a mix of Georgian terraces, purpose-built flats, and some social housing. It's one of those Westminster pockets that people discover by accident and then wonder why it isn't better known. St James's Park tube and Victoria are both walkable. Quieter than you'd expect, with the square providing genuine open space.
