Arnos Grove

Arnos Grove is defined by its tube station, a striking 1930s Piccadilly line roundel that's actually Grade II listed. The surrounding streets are mostly 1930s semis and terraces built when the tube arrived. Arnos Park runs alongside the New River and is a proper local green space. It's a quiet, residential area that sits between Southgate and Bounds Green without quite having the cachet of either. Families like it for the space and the direct Piccadilly line run into town.
